Privacy, in plain terms

This page describes the beta. Moments That Matter is early software being tested through Apple TestFlight. This notice explains what we know today; it will be replaced by a complete policy before public launch.

The browser demo at /moments/demo/ does not permanently save or upload anything you type into it. It resets on refresh and runs entirely in your browser.

The iOS app stores what you capture. Sharing a moment is an explicit, deliberate action you take — it is not automatic. We do not claim your data is "completely secure" or "fully encrypted" as a blanket guarantee; specific technical protections will be documented here as they are verified.

Please avoid entering patient information, student records, client-confidential material, protected employment information, legally privileged content, or other highly sensitive personal information into the beta.

TestFlight itself is operated by Apple and subject to Apple's own platform terms and data practices, separate from ours.
